All they care about is getting your money with no customer satisfaction. I purchased a charger for my Mac, got home and it did not work. I went to an Apple store to get my computer tested and it turns out the charger they sold me was not an authentic. I went back to the store to return 2 days after I bought it with the receipt and they would not give me a refund. He offered to give me another charger, which I now didn't need since I bought an authentic one from the Apple Store. After his refusal to give me a refund I suggested maybe I could get store credit and I would get something else. He told me no. I have been a small business owner for many years and I would never treat one of my customers like that. Total rip off.
