I walked in this place and they were super friendly from the first foot in the door. Ran through my cut and dry options and I ultimately decided on just scrapping the machine but trying some data recovery. They did the recovery immediately and I came back to get all her data back within a couple hours. Even if they hadn't been able to recover the data they'd get 5 stars just for how helpful and friendly the service was. Highly recommend!

I did not have time do the work myself due to a business trip but these guys are amazing. They are true MacHeads, down to earth, friendly and very reasonable on the pricing. I have been here a few times and have always had great and fast costumer service. Just got back today from getting my iPhone 5 fixed. It took about 10 minutes! I would with out a doubt trust this place with any of my mac products. They definitely know their stuff.
